His construction career includes time as a project manager and estimator as well as roles in sales and marketing. He uses this vast experience to understand a client’s needs and accurately estimate projects. Mike has a BA degree from Wabash College and did his post-graduate work at Purdue University. Frank Salimbene personally supervises every project from start to finish. He manages job sites, personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects are finished on time. Clients rely on his extensive construction experience for high-quality work without costly delays. Gerald Pratt III has over 12 years of experience in glass construction and has been involved in every aspect of the glazing industry. His duties include estimating, purchasing, scheduling and project management. Gerald is committed to the successful completion of each project, from the submittal process through to the finishing touches. He works to exceed his clients’ expectations. Barbara Johnson manages the office operations at S&S, including all accounting functions and administrative management of every project. With over 20 years in the construction industry, she is a great asset to the team. Barbra attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Jacksonville State University in Alabama.
